Magma Barrier unaffected by Duration modification

Magma Barrier, level 4.
According to advanced stats: Magma Infusion Window: 0.5s Magma Infusion Recovery Time: 0.75s Fast Forward slotted: no effect. Persistence slotted: no effect. Could just be UI bug. Its not a UI bug, it doesnt affect the duration.
I made a thread not long ago about the duration gems, and another guy confirmed that it also doesn't work with duration passives. https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3653139 It wouldn't even be super strong since you are both scaling up/down the duration and the "cooldown" but at least it would make for some interesting builds. +1 Bump, only way to scale it's duration at the moment seems to be quality, despite it having the duration tag and the fire infused shield effect is a duration buff.
