Utzaal. When you go there and your inventory is full you use a town portal to go to... not town? go through gate and there is the town.

In Utzaal. Town portal -> Some heroic adventurers are willingly ready to buy your loot. (multiplied by x players)

Save time and resources for the servers to just load one area instead of multiple. People get loot and want to sell this. Going through the town portal and gate every time quite annoying.

but I would be ok if it didn't change. See what can be done?
