oswald missing from act 3 town

was playing co op mode with friend he was player 2 and talked to oswald once we got to act 3 oswald on his char shows up in town but oswald in act 3 does not show up in town for my char when i play solo on that char now i cant turn in his hammer or even buy gear ive tryed everything from closing game and reloading to trying to try co op again to now only find out he doesnt show up in town with me playing with my friend now either how do we fix this issue i dont want to make a new char to get it to act 3 to trigger oswald for my main just to find out hes still not their

same problem here playing couch coop and good Osi is missing for trading the hammer :-(

update, just proceed in the story and Osi will be there, no need to start a new char.
If you play couch coop, login with one of the chars only and you will find him. It did not work for the second char though. |
