Path of Exile 2: Passive skill tree bug

I was playing my witch character, At lvl 38 I respected about 20-25 of my passive skills in the same instance and as soon as I hit confirm my frames dropped tremendously, as well as the sound effect for confirming a skill went off like a machine gun in my ear none stop. causing my witch character to become unplayable.. any tips or hot fix's would be amazing. ive already tried resetting my game and redoing my skills but to no avail. this has be an issue for 24 hours now.
