Yeah, no, you really need to look up the meaning of a critical bug.

The Hooded One is a Vital Critical NPC in Wraeclast. Taking the Hooded One and undermining the importance of such a monumental figure is like saying that the Wheel was never invented.

your darn right I used Critical. And I'd use it again. Period

Use Doryani instead, until it's resolved, but it's possibly a design decision made for act 4-6, who knows. There's a "workaround" so it's not blocking you anymore

i miss the HOODIE, but yes Dory IDs items and 2 other npcs have loot to look for Shards when salvaging , so its not that game breaking, but ... the Hooded One is a listed NPC And is a Hideout item in the list of NPC, so yes needs to be fixed.
