Bug Report: Blood Cretin Mob "Warlord Loop" Bug
Description: The Blood Cretin mob is exhibiting a critical "Warlord Loop" bug similar to other reported issues. When killed, the Blood Cretin does not properly die or disappear. Instead, its death animation loops endlessly, and the mob reanimates repeatedly. This makes it unkillable, resulting in wasted time and player frustration. The encounter does not grant experience (XP) after the initial kill, and the mob persists in chasing the player unless avoided or distracted by abilities (e.g., totems). Steps to Reproduce: Encounter the Blood Cretin mob in the game. Kill the Blood Cretin and observe its death animation. Notice that the mob reanimates instead of properly "fizzling" or disappearing. Attempt to kill the Blood Cretin again in different areas of the map. Observe that the mob remains unkillable and continues to reanimate. Expected Behavior: The Blood Cretin should properly "fizzle" or disappear upon being killed. The encounter should grant experience (XP) and progression upon successful kills. The mob should not reanimate or loop its behavior after death. Actual Behavior: The Blood Cretin's death animation enters a constant loop, and the mob reanimates endlessly in the pool of blood. The mob becomes unkillable and grants no additional XP for repeated kills. The mob persistently chases the player, requiring distraction (e.g., with totems) to escape. There is no tether break even running full length of map. My totems were the only way i could outrun the mob. Impact: Game-breaking issue: This bug disrupts gameplay progression and creates frustration for players. XP farming confusion: Players might waste significant time attempting to farm XP or complete the encounter. Global distraction: Players often report this bug in global chat, which diverts attention and resources as others try to assist, only to confirm it is a bug. Additional Information: The issue persists regardless of the area where the Blood Cretin is killed. No temporary workarounds have resolved the problem; the mob remains in an endless reanimation loop. Urgency: This is a critical, game-breaking bug that requires immediate investigation and resolution to ensure smooth gameplay. I'm currently in a map (Riverside) with this exact same issue, they won't die, they keep reviving from the pool of blood.
It seems after I encountered a new blood collector and killed it, that fixed it. |

the only way i fixed it, was to run away, however, tether range makes no difference. Only my totems distracting them was the actual way i could avoid them. Really annoying , but i live to see another day.
