Trial of the Sekhemas - Crystal Shard did not Proc

I had the Crystal Shard boon, but it did not proc when I entered a room that gave me the Trade Tariff affliction.

A couple details:
* I have the Deceptive Mirror affliction, and this did take me to a different room than the one I selected - both were rooms that give afflictions on entry.

* I have the Myriad Aspersions affliction. This possibly proc'd before Crystal Shard? Which may have caused some funky interaction with Crystal Shard? Note: I did get two afflictions, and still have the Crystal Shard boon.

* Floor 3, Room 6

Update - Same situation as mentioned previously except this time the Crystal Shard boon was proc'd. Note: Even the Deceptive Mirror sending me to a different room happened again.

Only differences are:
* Floor 4, Entering Room 2
* Boons I did not previously have: Garukhan's Favour.
* Afflictions I did not previously have: Only the two that I mentioned in the previous post - Trade Tariff and Blunt Sword.

I can confirm the same issue just happened to me Floor 4, last room before boss (Escape trial), i received spiked shell instead of the crystal shard proccing. I had scientific shitton of boons and other afflictions but my thoughts what might cause crystal shards to proc could be maybe (?) combination of : Silver chalice and it? i was also using the The Peacemaker's Draught relic. I'll try to keep an eye if i can get more details on what causes this issue ( it was my first time paying enough attention to notice it).
