Shockburst Rounds Quality

After using some Gemcutter prisms on shockburst rounds the quality bonuses did not increase the magazine size. With the Dyad Crossbow I should have a total of 28 bolts but it maxes at 21.

When checking with other ammunition skills, quality does increase their magazine size. For example, Galvanic Shards does not have this problem. It may be due to the tool tip location.

Galvanic Shards has the ammunition increase inside the ammunition tab, while Shockburst rounds has it inside the projectile tab.
