Didn`t got the horn - Trail of corruption

I'm stuck on the Act 2 quest in Cruel. This is my second char so I know it's a bug.

after killing the 3 bosses needed to create the horn. I teleported to the city, spoke to NPC Zarka, but I did not receive the horn to continue the quest. When I check my quests, it asks me to retrace the entire path, but even though I kill the bosses again, it doesn't drop the quest item to create the horn. I saw that many other people also have this bug.


As a casual player I'm not going to create another character and spend more than 10 hours leveling again. This completely ruins the gaming experience.


EDIT: If someone else get this bug, try to do all the others quests and talk with she again. That work for me.
