VERY long load times Intel vs AMD

POE 2 - Side by side computers, literally wife and I sit side by side playing

1 is AMD Ryzen 5 5600X - other is Intel I5 6600 - both with Nvme drives, both with Radeon RX6650X GPU, both on same internet. Both speedtest internet connection as very fast

AMD machine on fresh/new Win 11 install
Intel on fresh/new Win 10 install

AMD machine, absolutely no problems. From game load, to evry load screen, seconds only.

Intel machine, extremely long load times for everything from login to waypoints, and I mean over 1 minute and if not longer. Starting from game load to character standing in town can be 1 to 3 minutes. Moving to different load screens, I sit and twiddle thumbs ready to go while she sits and waits....

Have tried various servers, no help. Latest bios, chipset, lan, etc drivers. Fresh graphics driver install, nothing helping

Any ideas folks?

Load time is CPU heavy, it cares about your SSD initially then heavily involves the CPU to load shaders, your 5600x is significantly newer compared to the i5, and a better CPU overall.
You can track the performance through the ingame overlay using F1.
