Please do something about the Citadel spawns

This is ridiculous. I’m level 88 now. I’ve pushed through all Ascendancy with its punishing mechanics and the horrenfous currency drop rates, but this whole mapping grind just to find Citadels? It’s NEXT-LEVEL frustrating. I’m not even sure if the Citadels in my instance are bugged, which means I might be wasting my time looking for something that doesn’t exist.

This is worse than any hard punishment GGG throws at players to make the game (artificially) harder :(. I love the game, but this whole not knowing whether Citadels will spawn—or if it’s a bug—is just silly. It’s so much worse than any of the challenges GGG comes up with.

Re Citadels, I have the feeling they only start spawning X units away from the Burning Tower thing. So if you explore everything around your start location in a giant circle (like I did) it takes forever to find a one, however once you have progressed far enough out from the center, they start spawning every screen or so.

I think if you were to just pick a direction from the start and head out, you would start finding them much sooner.

Could be wrong but that's how it feels to me.
