Gamebreaking -Atlas Bugged- Parts of Map, Starting Area,RealmGate and others missing /dissapeared

Since a while it seems my Atlas is bugged - I am missing the starting area, realmgate and others. It also seems that there are Map parts missing. At the beginning these areas where all available.
I am unable to futher prgogress the endgame.
Playing over Steam, game file repair was already made without solving the issue.

I just realized my starting area is completely gone and I’m missing my realm gate as well
