Already bought poe2 early access - can't play

Hey everyone, sadly since nearly 3 days and after 80 hours of playing path of exile 2 I now can't get into the game.
When i start the game and wanna log in, it tells me to purchase the ame. On my account under "Path of exile 2 early access" it says, I am not partaking in the early access. Do i have to buy it again? I appreciate any help I can get, because via E-Mail and through the holidays the answers from just the support isn't the fastest, understandably. Last bumped on Dec 27, 2024, 8:30:46 AM

Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. | |

Update:
I now read a community steam thread, that any 3rd party keys got banned. This I understand. Now I bought the game on steam for around 28€ and it still shows me the message, to purchase the game. I paid 48€ and my game wont run. :( |
