direction of gaming is confusing , isometric rpg? soul game? dungeon crawler, boss centered type?

POE 2 is a type of game with design and style that try to be a kind of hybrid, carry the heritage of poe 1,base on classic isometric rbg, be a dungeon crawler type, difficulty of a soul game and a boss centered type like elder ring and seems the game doesnt have clear direction were to go. iam sorry but you cannot blend all those and balancing together

game its just feel hard with "no reason", doesnt you give "a proper motivation" fail to "reward you properly" and lack at aiming over the gear drop and future end game goals like leaderboard system , ranking etc
unbalance in classes and builds to certain bosses doesnt match with elder ring boss dificulty if you try to be that. the foundation of this game doesnt really base on soul game type, soul games are way to different from base than poe2. isometric elements fail since act 1 is even harder to act 3!

some suggestion for the game to be more fun to all
1.having hard bosses without even having the proper balance on classes and builds yet its not working,
2.MMO game and hard bosses without even proper loot managment? not fair this looting stem as rpgmmo
3.revine system need to be made easier special in 2 man party, its awfully
4. make a better drop system, majority of people base on trade site reither than focus on having goals in game for gearing
5. increase bosses difficulty according to acts and lvls, seems act 1 is way harder for various reasons, thats not isometric
6. make modes for all, you want easier game? make party easier to bosses, harder game for solos? increase reward, give goals and rewards so people give effort to
i like the game and since i like i do suggest those out of good will, i know its early access and i hope it will be better by the time

If you spend some time developing your character it's way easier than you think.

I've facerolled Act 1-3 Normal with a selfcrafted LVL1 Bow and almost all blue gear (some yellows I picked up on my way).

Act 1-3 Cruel with around 1 Ex investment.

And atm facerolling T13 with 2 Div investment.

For juiced T15+ I will probably need way better gear but that should be the requirement in any good ARPG to guarantee longlivity.

Knowledge is key in this game....And with knowledge comes power, no need to nerf thing only becasue you're at the beginning of your journey.

If they nerf things to the ground the same people who screm for neerfs today will probably stay here and scream that "they have nothing to do in this game" after 3 weeks. ;)

If you have problems feel free to post your build here (via mobalytics or so), we Veterans here are always willing to help new player. :)

The good thing in POE you're not bound to cetain playstyle if you pick 1 class.

F.e. I've leveled my 2nd Char (Monk) with a bow, simply becasue it worked well for my first char and obliterated bosses thoughout the whole campaign.

It's Early Access plus christmas time.....Give the devs time to breathe and well deserved holidays with theyr families, they will fix all the overtuned and underwheling things within the next 5 months for sure, to guarantee a well balanced 1.0 release next year. ;)

If the game is "to hard" for you as you've stated a leaderboard/ranking system should be your last problem.

Your endgame motivation at this point should be being able to run T15 maps without dying first before thinking about leaderboards, becasue if you already struggle in the campaign you're surely not the playerbase who will be listed in certain rankings (Me neither and I don't struggle). ;)

Again, completely useless whining post that tries to appear to be a feedback. We literally know nothing about what exactly is problematic to you. Maybe you try to push your way through with punch strike skill?

What exactly does "feel hard for no reason" even mean? What motivation? Motivation of hard game is to step up to the challenge and overcome it. What other reward do you want exactly? Cash prizes? You really cry that EA at 3rd week doesn't have a ranking system, is that really the most pushing problem, really? And even if it had do you think you would be able to appear on it with this kind of "feel hard for no reason" mentality of yours?

You keep comparing it to Elden Ring (you guys should at last get to learn to write the name properly, because I really start to feel you are all spamming bots with the same mistakes you do) and Souls games, only to get to conclusion that it's not a Souls game in the end? What's exactly your point?

The list of your ideas is literally just the list of "I don't like...". Zero value. I don't play party, so for example honestly don't know what's the problem with the reviving, and you didn't help in anyway with that. If developers think it's ok, how are they supposed to know what's exactly your problem, too? It should be easier..
in fact you are the whining guy here, i feedback things that according to me as skilfull gamer since diablo 1 feel that needed to be fixed or develop. its early acces and you cannot tell to someone not to share his opinion.
i have reason to whining since my geared warrior struggle with yes "no reason" and without any really reward for that, yes i do belive game "must" has more clear direction. its my opinion and here we share opinions, u replay just to put other person down, you didnt really replay in anything i wrote and its obvious you lack any knowledge about game mechanics , you are just a fan Boi
