Cannot access endgame after defeating Doryani in cruel mode

I defeated Doryani in act 3 cruel mode with a character I have invested a lot in and now I don't have access to mapping. I even tried resetting the map and killing Doryani again and nothing is working. I can no longer access the endgame "bomb shelter" and I am unable to use waystones in my hideout. I have no quests to do and I have no idea how to unbrick my character.

I believe the issue started when I teleported to my hideout before clearing my first map on the character.

The exact same thing happened to me. I went to the hideout instead of using the one I was ported to and now I the account is stuck and can’t access end game!!

You can TP back to "The Ziggurat Refuge" in act 3 cruel, by Waypoint.

It's in the middle bottom.

EDIT : Just tested it with a friend who had the same issue. It's not that visible on the map and very confusing.
