Stuck with "Buffer Underflow" and cant log in

I crashed in a3 cruel in jungle ruins with a alert that says buffer underflow. When i log back in it tries to load back in but keeps getting the same buffer underflow error. It is impossible to actual play the character, can anyone at GGG assist?

Same problem here. Same place too.

EDIT:
My problem seems to have resolved itself luckily. Played another character for an hour, then went to character selection, switched over to the affected character and the error was gone. My guess is it was an instance issue.

Same issue in Act 3 Cruel Jungle Ruins. Can't play my character
