Boss in Trial of Sekhemas Bugged Behind Exit Door

Trying to do 3rd Ascension in Trial of Sekhemas and the boss, Scorpion Lady was doing her whole diving under the sand and popping up routine when she got stuck behind the door to the Ascension room. Cannot interact with her, no damage can hit her. This has soft-locked me.

Same thing just happened to me going for 4th ascendancy.. lol.. what a game.... literal bug fest... we need repellent!

Yep. If you go near the door while he is underground he can jump behind the door and run. Causes you to lose your trial and start over.

I was able to log out to character select, log back in and continue the trial from the start of the boss fight. So I had to kill the boss twice, but at least I didn't have to re-do the entire trial.
