Cannot enter Test of Time Portal, nor save progress

Upon trying to save progress of Trial in last room of 3rd boss, I received 2 errors.
Error: Failed to join instance because: Disconnected from server.
Error: Failed to join any instances.
The same issue happens when trying to enter the Test of Time portal.

To my knowledge I never disconnected during the trial and could see global and local chats.

I'm having the same problem.. I suppose my run is lost? This is annoying.

Update: After exiting the game completely, the game lets me continue the run to the Test of Time, thank God.

Similar issue happening for me to.
But resetting instance, login to different server or exiting the game and coming back in is not helping it.
