Tribal Vengeance Is Completed upon returning to ziggurat encampment!

It says take reward from servi but i already had the skull in my bag and it wouldn't let me finish quest so i used it for the +30 spirit but it still says active quest take reward from servi. I even tried logging out and back in and still I can not bring the azok bog quest tribal vengeance to a close. another item had dropped from the bog witch that i noticed is not in my inventory even tho i picked it up. I'm pretty sure broken questlines are definitely on the priority list somewhere, can we get an eta on how long till this bug is fixed? Mind you even if you say 3 months that is not an unreasonable amount of time in my view seeing as you are still developing poe 2 with an early access live to monitor. I was just hoping for some closure on this quest with no closure. pun intended. <3 Edit: still no clue what happened to that second item but i was able to complete the quest when i returned to the ziggurat encampment. servi was there with the notice icon above her head.
