Level 21 / 20 Gem - Same Stats.

I got myself a lvl 19 gem, made it max link and corrupted it.
Hit the +1 Level corruption and upgraded it to lvl 20 with the +1.

So my gem is lvl 21/20 Quality.
I changed it with my lvl 20/20 Quality gem.

There is no Damage change, it just shows a higher Gem level.

Same problem. No bonus currently from lvl 21 Shockwave totem over lvl 20 version.

all level 21 gems are bugged now and working as if they are level 20, please fix.
