Losing Early Access

I played PoE 2 today and everything was good till i didnt shut down the game. When i wanted to play again and wanted to Log in it says that my account does not have Early Access . Pls help

" It was gifted to me by friend . He bought on [Removed by Support] i think and i got 2 keys (Steam , Epic ), and i play on Epic right now . Idk what happend yesterday and today in morning everything was ok and i email support |

ok might be that the key got refunden eather by your friend or by the page that sold it. hard to say support might help but will take a some time

its still can. thats the problem if he charged back or if the weside that he bought it from is shady. but support might help. i cant rly tell maby you need to buy it from offial side from GGG

This guy is a bot just replying the same thing to everyone.
In the meantime their "support" team has done nothing for weeks except just steal people's money. |
