Trade website online / offline issue

Trade website shows seller online but when i tried whispering and click on their in game profile, it shows offline instead.

Tried clicking on everyone profiles in global chat and they are all offline.
I couldn't trade cz you can't invite offline player to party.

Anyone having this issue?
