Cruel Act 2 Balbala not dropping her Barya

Hello , has the tittle say i've beated act 2 cruel Balbala and even redo it multiple time and she doesn't drop her Barya
I even further ahead of act 2 found a djinn barya for the second test and beated it to maybe hope that would fix the issue ( it did not ). So wondering how am suppose to get my extra ascend points or even the barya? same issue here, i'm level 57, beat her 3 times and no drop, apparently a lot of folks have this bug...

Yeah since I got a bit bored looked through other posts lol
I think what happen is that she give you a Barya but its just Djinn one cause I had one from her but was not a quest item. I guess its a bug in the coding giving you the wrong barya Didn't saw a fix yet , Seem the chaos trials may have the same trouble giving you a normal ultimatum |

I play in a local coop and we both got baryas from balbala and somehow I was able to give my barya to my partner after we failed once, then he used it and did it solo. Now I can’t get a new one from her probably because of this and can’t enter the dange, guess it’s kind of the same
