Currency Exchange not exist

Hi. im playing in Singapore server. Steam. i already at End Game, lv 72 atm. as i watched from people videos. the Currenct Exchange we can get at Cruel Act 1 from Finn, Risu and Alva. but when i check them at cruel act and alva at my hideout, there's no Currency Exchange option. any idea what im missing out?

I have a similar problem. Are you playing in self solo?

You can't trade at all in Solo Self Found. Hence it would not exist.
