Lost Towers Unable To Be Used

After completing a Lost Tower, it would not let me put a tablet into it to influence the surrounding maps. Furthermore, a tower very close by that I had already used a tablet on erroneously thinks that I can use it again, attempting to do so gives the message "Activation Failed. Invalid map specified."
