T15 maps loot drops

Ok so ive been running t15 juiced maps for days with item rarity + quantity in almost all my towers with a few breaches + delirium + rituals with a ton of mods and im specd into waypoints + item rarity (yes because the waypoint drops are beyond atrocious t2 maps in t15's cmon man)

And in the past few days if ive seen 10 exalt drops is alot, and make no mistake i play for hours on end mapping and every single map has literally no currency drops if augs and alts count sure, now i know the nature of these games been playing D2 for years so i know the odds, but regardless this is absurd doing hard maps (because i like the challenge) with my class (Chonk) i can't just slap MF in all my gear because well i need resists and defense layers unlike other classes that can just ignore resists and put MF in all their gear.

The worst thing about this is that i was actually getting better loot in lower tier maps with nothing special in my towers, hell even a guild mate of mine dropped 2 perfected orbs in a t7 map with 0 juice and even divines, hell ive seen 2 divines so far and I haven't even seen 1 greater in t15.

Is anyone else experiencing this or am doing something wrong here? Am so frustrated at this point because i really love the game but playing map after map after map to see alts and augs and the occasional map demotivates anyone.

You only need 50-100 mf to start seeing exalts drop much more frequently. Mf in poe 2 seems to seems to have pretty horrible scaling pass 100 unless its in very huge numbers to the point that it's not worth it. You don't have to go for 200. Try 100 on your character and see if it improves. My group has seen very noticeable drop improvements (exalts especially from just mere 80 + 20 mf (20 from charm). with charm and a gold amulet with mf mod you should be at 50 already.

With 0 mf, my experience is similar with yours with nothing of worth dropping. At 100 mf, I got 5 uniques to drop today and around 20+ exalts drop from doing T5 quest to T8. To date since I changed to 100 mf , I also got 2 perfect jewels to drop. You will probably need to rework your gear to fit 100 mf but 100 is not a very huge figure at least.

Thanks for the tip brother, i actually put some MF and i can see the difference clearly, but still im not in favour of this stat being mandatory in builds, leave it to the tablets/map mods/atlas tree to do this imho.

And happy holidays :)
MF needs to be either removed or nerfed. It should be just an added bonus and not a requirement.
Running high tier maps with hard mods is incredibly unrewarding without MF, so you are not alone. The only benefit is that you can find better gear drops, but currency wise I see no difference between a T15 and lets say a T5 map. This needs to change or people will lose interest in high map tier farming. Especially when the game forces you to run 10 horrible layout maps every time before you can play a map you actually like.
I'm in exactly the same situation as you, I don't understand anything, you play t15 t16 just to torture yourself, there's even more loot between t4 and t8, the game is good, but on certain points it's completely failing and this makes fun of the players he only wants to punish them I have the impression that there is nothing rewarding in the game your nice make t15 cards with all the modifiers you want nothing falls we even make fun of you for making you fall cards t3 t4 for my part I already have almost 200 hours there he has disappeared on vacation if he does not resolve this super bizzard rng problem I risk soon giving up on the game for my part.

This is my huge gripe with this situation, i put vacation to play PoE 2 on release already invested 200h+ in the game, for example I absolutely hate Augury and Vaal factory maps for obvious reasons had Vaal's SUPER juiced and im like hohooo divines incoming it had breaches rituals delirium and corruption +90% IR and i already had about 60 MF or so which cost me more then half of my currency to balance the stats on my chonk (because we all know the ascendacy is ass atm), whole and behold the best drop i had was 2 god damn exalted orbs and 1 t9 which doesn't even cover the god damn map, needless to say it was a pain to go through the map has a melee chonk, and made me rage quit at that moment.

And what pisses me off the most is the fact that more then half of my friends are playing Archmage/Infernalist with barely any investment and just stack MF and still manage to clear whole maps with ease and get huge amounts of currency.

This stat worked well in Diablo 2 because when you wanted to find ITEMS you would stack MF, when you wanted to find CURRENCY you would go balls to the wall in clear speed, in PoE's case MF applies to both which it shouldnt imho.

EDIT: Am not including breach splinters and all that (spoiler alert it werent that many)

All perceived problems regarding loot/currency/map drops boil down to the same core problem: magic find aka increased item rarity on your gear. The IIR on your gear is weighted many, many more times more powerful than atlas passives or map mods, mapping with 0IIR and with 60-80 (me right now) is already like playing a different game. Some of those 0.1% no-life farmers with high MF like in the several hundreds are getting multiple DIVINES per map, and it's breaking the trade system and the in game economy. MF on your equipped gear is broken OP to an extreme level, that's something GGG needs to address soon.
Hopefully they will acknowledge this problem and address it accordingly, its clearly an issue that deserves GGG attention.
