Application to become a chat moderator in-game

Hi GGG Team,

It's come to me realization that in it's current state, abuse is posted in the Global chat, Trade chat and sometimes whisper... Either it be a bot spamming chat and promoting a RMT website or someone calling someone a n word with original symbolism to counter the auto-censor feature, there is evidently a problem that needs some look and to and maybe some manual moderation?

I’d like to propose introducing an application system for in-game chat moderators to help combat abuse in global and trade chat. While the current reporting system is helpful, it feels limited in handling issues like spam, derogatory language, and inflammatory comments. Many players exploit the system by using clever substitutions (symbols for letters), making automatic moderation harder.

Dedicated in-game moderators could address these issues in real-time, creating a more safe, positive and welcoming community. This proactive approach would complement the existing reporting tools and enhance the player experience.

I've been part of the Path of Exile community for more than 10 years now and if such a new moderation method was introduced i'd really like to apply myself in hope of promoting some positive change aligned with GGG's community guidelines and TOS.
