Lost main hand scepter.

Earlier today, while running t16 maps, my main hand scepter completely dissappeared upon using a wisdom scroll on a random item in my inventory mid run.

Its a bit frustrating as a rattling scepter 58% spirit, +5 minion skills, 4-67 lighting damage, 20% crit damage and 58% mana regen is extremely hard to roll and very expensive to get in general.
On top of this my 4 socketed support gems on my scepter were also lost.

Im not sure what triggered the issue, but I do know that it was gone the second I used the scroll. The sound of a an item being equipped happened as well which I thought was odd. This is a first, ive logged over 110 hours so far.
