Class action lawsuit

Just wanted to post in thread. :)

GL in sueing a game studio that released an EARLY access stage game where you complain about bugs - every jury and judge in this world will get a hard laugh kick *lol.

On release there was tons of info here and on YT about what actually works and what doesnt - how about reading and understanding PRE purchasing a key ?

Yeah, I get that it is a video game, but this not OK. It should have never been sold in this state and if they didn't know, once they found out every single GGG employee should have been working on a fix.

I was giving them the benefit of the doubt until they decided to release a patch that only helped 1% of players and completely ignored this issue.

I mean there is hundreds/thousands of ppl in poe2 early access bug reports section of the forum and Reddit posting about PC/Game crashes, some needing full PC restarts etc etc. So it’s a pretty big issues, I guess the players frustration comes largely from the lack of communication from GGG because of the holiday period but fucking hell this post got me laughing af. If you do any drugs, stop it.

Have you heard of a EULA? It's that big long screed of text that you sign for almost every game you play.

Once a guy wrote in there that the person that accepts it has to make him delicious pancakes. No one discovered it for years until he revealed it because no one reads them.

I'd sooner like to go back in time to take care of bethesda over their insistence on releasing half finished products that idiots keep buying, thereby lowering global expectations for finished products.

Don't take this the wrong way as this is not aimed at you, but it's not a GGG problem, full lockups on loading screen is a Win11 24H2 problem that causes the scheduler to hard lock the CPU for who knows what reason. The options are to either upgrade to Win10, roll back to Win11 23H2 without the optional CPU scheduler update or continue running 24H2 and not play the game until Microsoft fixes it.

Additionally:
GGG cannot fix Windows, that's on Microsoft.
GGG cannot fix your CPU cooler if it burns up your system, it's not sufficient in cooling the part - get a better cooler.
GGG cannot fix your GPU sitting at 105c under load, clean up your dusty ahhh case or repaste the card if it's 4+ years old.
GGG cannot fix your corrupted file system or garbage tier SSD that leads to data corruption.
GGG cannot fix an insufficient power supply tripping OCP - a $30 650W garbage PSU is not enough for an RTX3070-4070 because of the transient spikes, no matter what Nvidia says.

I'd pay good money to see you take something like this to a lawyer.

GG is dumb AF and they even do not care about 2FA and hacked players at all. They are real arseholes. I understand the frustration, but you do not have the right to file a law suit based on that. Especially that the reason for these crashes mostly is the latest W11 24H2 update, which is suspended by Microsoft for this reason.
