Assistance Needed for Bugged Character in PoE 2

I am currently playing Path of Exile 2 via Steam, and I have encountered a critical issue with my character. Here are the details:

Location: Limestone Hideout

When logging into the game, I experienced an unusually long loading screen. Once the game loaded, my character appeared stuck on the Limestone Hideout waypoint. I cannot move, open the map, or interact with the waypoint. While I can access my inventory, I am unable to interact with most items.

However, I somehow managed to interact with my gloves in the inventory. Unfortunately, I am now unable to release the item, and it remains stuck on the cursor. This is a unique and valuable glove, so I am concerned about potentially losing it.

Additionally, I can open the Microtransaction Shop, but my character appears in a T-pose on that screen.

It is clear that something has gone wrong. Could you please address this bug and unstuck my character at your earliest convenience?
