The Mad Wolf Of Ogham quest is bugged

Hello there!

Finished leveling a new toon and after completing everything there's still a quest called The Mad Wolf Of Ogham that couldnt be completed.

This makes my toon cant have acess to the endgame.

I've killed the Act 1 final boss 2 times but still cant complete.

I am having the same issue. It is telling me to travel East in Act1 but I have completed the campaign.
