Map Cannot Be Completed - 0 Monsters Remaining

A the title says, I just did 2 maps back to back (Crypts and then Deserted). T15, around 300% waystones chance. Fully cleared the map to 0 monsters. Map could not be completed, as no rares spawned in both maps, despite having the 15% increased rare monsters, 5% increase rare monsters atlas nodes and 1 rare monster is duplicated in my map.

0 Monsters Remain, does not state map is completed as it usually does once you have "finished" the map.

Same bug here. 0 Monsters Remain, still not completed. Tryed going to char selection, teleporting out. Didn't help.

same situation on Tier 4 Crypt map. No rares, zero monsters left. I cannot complete this map.
