max resists = 90%? or 75%? because 75% isn't like, good per se, it's more like the minimum expectation checkbox.

It would be nice if there was some kind of luck protection in place though.
Like if you exceed whatever%, say 300%, guarantee 1 map of the tier you spent or something.

There is zero chance to brick mapping, you can always get T1 waystones. That is not bricked, it's a major setback but you can still do it.

Quant and rarity of items doesn't affect waystones, only stats about waystones (and things that make more monsters) are important.

If you are low on higher tier waystones stop wasting them on breach. As I said, buff up zones with towers for more waystone drop chance and target specific maps that have increased level and/or boss nodes. Not breach, not expedition. If you are running low on a resource you target farm that resource. Don't be going after breach when you are running out of waystones.

No idea what you are doing wrong with essence rares, I haven't died to a single one of them on any character. Setup any debuffs and buffs, utilize time delayed attacks/curses/etc then crack them open and roll away if needed.

For T1-T6 maps? that isn't bad at all. Lot of people are hitting maps with 1k-2k EHP and under 75% resistance. And yah there needs to be something.

As I said before, it is effectively bricking if you hit a point with no gold and no waystones. Needing to spend the next 5 hours trying to farm up 400k to make a single waystone isn't it. There is no challenge in that and there is no fun in that.

You really aren't adding anything to the conversation besides "I didn't have this problem so it doesn't exist".
