Does the GGG have a support team I can get a hold of?

I've been trying to get them to help me out with a problem for a while now, but they aren't responding. How do I get someone to help fix my issue?

To be honest its probably about time to contact gaming journalists to investigate the issue. It doesnt seem as if they care at all beyond copy paste responses and pointless copy paste answers from support to from my opinion pretend there is progress ...

I've e-mailed, but I got no response.

How long does it take for a ticket to get notified that it's being worked on from the team? I got a response to my post here, but not my tickets e-mailed in. I'm still in the same spot.

I want to upgrade my EA package, but the length of my issue not being fixed is making it harder for me to keep up with the trade market and enjoy the game
its crazy, they respond extremely fast in-game and pretty fast here on the forums when they see something they don't like. But to everyone who is locked out for no reason right now due to bugs, in-game moderation, wrong accounts ect. they are blatantly ignoring us ;(
