infested barrens crashes

Ive gotten to the point where im on the LEGACY OF VAAL quest. But i cannot get to the infested barrens it crashes every time i try to load any of the zones outside of the main city Zigguraut encampment. Please help i do not want to roll the 4th character that has this issue. I have reinstalled the game. i have a 14900k and a 4090 gpu. 64gig ram ddr5.
