Upgrading Bundle

I've been trying to get in touch with GGG about upgrading my Supporter Bundle from the $100 one to the $480 one for almost 2 weeks now.

I bought the $100 bundle on Steam because I've always wanted to try PoE 1 but found out about it way too late and I generally like to play MMOs around release. So I've been hyped ever since I knew PoE2 was releasing.

After trying the game, I open the shop and see that there are other bundles beyond the $100 on Steam. I was already in love with the game, and wanted to represent by getting the hoodie/shirt (don't care about the Art Book, but like I said, I wanna support the company)

When I tried to upgrade, it wouldn't allow me to choose to opt-in to physical goods. Tried on Steam and website to no avail. Both had their own weird interactions, but both generally telling me I chose to Opt-Out when I never did. I LOVE Physical Goods. I have a separate display room to store all those "physical goods" I've collected over the years, so no way in hell would I have chosen to Opt-Out.

I hit up support, thinking I'd get a response after a day or two, but nada. I go to the forums to see if there's a work around, and every support member replying to those posts says to contact support and they'll fix it for them.

I've BEEN trying to get in touch with support for 2 weeks now. Via email, messaging support members directly, bumping my email/messages, and now via forum. Alas, I haven't received a single response. Not even an auto generated message other than the one I got from buying my first bundle.

Please, GGG! Respond T_T I wanna give yall money for an amazing game, but I want my hoodie/shirt too T_T

TL;DR:

Just want support to reach out/respond to me about Upgrading to the Liberator of Wraeclast bundle, or if anyone knows of a workaround cuz the system won't let me Opt-In saying I've already Opted-Out when I never did. Just bought my first bundle on Steam.
