Mind over Matter bypassed by some rare monster damage

Has occurred several times now in the last couple days - I will be fighting an elite and then die while mana is still above 80%. This is not one-shot damage, the mana bar is still nearly full after death and does not coincide with a hit.

In all of my cases I was killed by a rare with fire-based affixes. Most recent was a spider with Trail of Fire, so I am assuming Ignite damage is bypassing Mind over Matter. Tier 7-10 maps.

My build has:
- Mind over Matter
- Eldritch Battery
- Chaos Inoculation

I also have Energy shield due to Everlasting Gaze amulet applying after Eldritch Battery, and the deaths occur after the shield is at zero.

This essentially breaks Chaos Inoculation.

Having a similar issue with the same setup, where Energy Shield will hit 0, and then anything next that hits me will not be considered by Mind Over Matter

Seeing the same thing

same problem here, mind over matter is not working properly with chaos inoculation.
I´m dying with 80-90% mana all the time.

FYI, Turbid mana flasks don't follow MoM. And apparently 15% of 1 life is enough to kill you.

Solved my issues by changing my mana flask.
