Acceleration Support Gem doesn't provide dmg if Feathered Fletching node is picked.

Title.

In the Arrow node, there's a passive called Feathered Fletching which makes increases and reductions to projectile speed apply to damage with bows.

If you equip an Acceleration support gem, which makes your projectiles be 40% faster, meaning it should give you 40% to damage with bows, but it doesn't.

Note: The other passive nodes with +% to projectile speed do work, and increase the damage. Only the support gem doesn't work in tandem with the passive node. I'm not sure if its intended or what, but it's not specified. Usually the language is very precise.

I also haven't tested if projectile speed on items like quivers works. I don't have the coins.

Acceleration support isn't an "increase" or "reduction" to projectile speed, since it isn't "+% increased projectile speed".

The more multiplier it provides is a different thing, so does not also apply to damage.
