Cast on ignite sucks

Cast on ignite builds so slow that it’s the most unless skill, me and so many others have wasted money, time, currency and other items to try to get a good fire build with cast on ignite and I can clear a good portion of the map before it will even cast once!!

it worked better on ignite focused flameblast, like one trigger per pack and 1 trigger each cast on bosses. I havent checked now, but i think chance scales with how big the ignites are. But if it only somewhat works on one skill with one skill tree setup, then yes, its probably not enough.

I think it was already said somewhere that instead trigger frequency nerf, nerf should have targeted damage multiplier instead.
