Auction house for the love of god

Hey GGG,

Please, for the love of god. Add a auction house. You never added it in PoE1. For reasons i do not agree with. This is a chance to add it here. No casual player will want to sit at there PC waiting to sell something. because they need to be online and fast enough to respond to sell an item.

And why no auction house?
Prices fluctuate to much:
Like in any other game. And the AH there is just fine. The lowest price is sold. The highest sits in the AH till it becomes the standard price again.

Ppl will buy out the lowest and sell it for higher:
You mean like they can do now just as well on the trade site? If the item is readily available, they won't be able to buy it all. If it is only a few pieces. They can buy it. And if it is too high. It won't get sold.

There are to many variations of items:
It seems to not be a problem on the site. So you know how to tackle that problem. it's just a lot of work.

There will be ppl selling for real money:
I don't know why a AH would do that more then any other trade. But ok. There are already gold/orb trade sites online. They have been there for PoE1 as well. Anyone can PTW there gear if they want to in PoE1. A AH does not change that fact. Rather. You can control it batter to not have it happen.

Why to get a AH?
No more ppl scamming newbies. Putting an item on the trade site for a lower price. Only to never respond to ppl, and make ppl think they need to sell it for the same price. Then have it bought buy the same scammers. And put up for more.

No more whispering ppl for a trade that don't respond because they are just putting the item up to manipulate the market. Or are to busy to notice you/care. (for ex, the item is not worth enough for them to go out of a map/party at that time)

No more waiting online to sell a item. You can just play the game and items will be sold where ever you are. online or not.

Ppl can instantly get items they want to buy.

Ppl can't put up fake low prices because they would be bought instantly.

Ppl who set up insane prices, like 9 999 999 mirrors for a item. Will not get anything sold unless they lower the price. Or wait long enough for it to become a acceptable price.

Faster pace of gear progression, then constantly refreshing the site. To see if some one put up a item you want/need. The whispering them. Hoping for a responds. Not getting one because they are in a trade with some one. Waiting some more because it is still on the site. Whispering again. Getting no responds. And so on for a long long time for a plethora of reasons. Only to not get the item in the end. And the second best option being sold already by then.

As i mentioned in the PoE1 forums. There are plenty of more reasons why a AH would VASTLY improve quality of life for players in this game. And how many games have already implemented a good AH. I would be happy to give possible solutions on any reason you might still have to not add a AH in PoE2.

The only thing i don't have a solution for is cost :p
And yes, i am well aware this is a giant pain to put in to a game.

The current way to trade just feels awful and dated

Perhaps its can be improved, AHs tend to generate soullessness

An auction house would be amazing. Trade sucks. I don't want to look up every little thing on the website and then deal with someone who may or may not be there. Give me WoW's AH or something similar.
