Augury Door did not open, Delirium reward stuck at 0, delirium does not end automatically

Just happened today, all at once in augury map
- the door toward middle part did not open despite i already cleared the entire map and turn all the levers
- delirium reward stuck at 0 and did not risen even an inch despite i cleared the entire map
- also delirium does not end until i ended it manually

Happened to me too, stuck in a infinite delirium staying at 0, door levers were activated but no door could be opened until i stopped manually the delirium and had to activate one lever again

I suspect this might be due to the ''scripted'' nature of this one specific map with the levers being required to reach the middle. As far as I can tell, it always has at least one rare mob. Game sorts out where he should spawn those Delirium mobs and just break from it.

To note, as opposed to other comments, after going to the door close to the first lever I pulled, I was able to go in the middle. Other two doors remained ''locked''. Aside from that, other behaviors are the same; rewards didn't increment and the fog lasted forever.
