Hide Party Spell Effects Option

Look, I know it was a staple in PoE1 but can we please get an option to hide fellow party members spell effects?

Minions and particle spam are absolutely murder in groups, also playing as a melee in a group is downright scary since you cant see 90% of the time.

OR give a transparency slide. That way we can turn it of or still see some of it, and not have it break the gdm screen XD
