Ritual altars not clickable

2 out of 3 of the ritual altars on my last map were untargetable and could not be activated. I've scoured the map looking for any mobs that I might have missed but nothing even remotely close to them is still alive.

Same. I've been running a lot of Rituals and this is the first time this has happened. I tried different controls, not sure what else might help.

Steaming Spring, 2/4 were unclickable. Both the unclickable Ritual Altars were right next to water. I full cleared the map, and there were 2 monsters left that I couldn't find. There were Dune Lurkers on this map, so I'm guessing they spawned in the water out of bounds?
