Entering waystone kicks me to login screen and "Failed to connect to instence' message

things ive tried:
Steam and Stand alone client
from hideout and from act3 zone
from DC, Texas, and LA, and London servers
deleted POE2 folder from my games (all game settings)

all same results. this means that map waystone is wasted. ive even scarped the map and tried loading a new one - same results.
