is there a point in using elemental runes in weapons? and later even in armor?

Since the bonus are flat and later weapons stats value go to the moon
and later armor give massiv amount of elemental resist? whye evn make them if after a couple of hours they serve no purpose? can we fuse them to make them better? Last bumped on Dec 22, 2024, 6:43:40 PM
