Passive points get lost after spending them on the cold freeze build cluster of nodes

This happened to me twice so I lost six passive points in the process.

Description of recreating the bug.

Spend three passive points on the Freeze Buildup nodes go from one side to activate bigger central node called Shattering. After confirming the points only the the entrance Freeze Buildup that is the 1st node to activate on the cluster stay active and the 2nd and 3rd Freeze Buildup nodes plus the Shattering node aren't active. If you try to refund passive points you can only refund the 1st Freeze Buildup node and no the other so you lose three passive points in the process.
