Map and Quest line issue Act 2 Cruel

I has two issues all day today

1. Area and dungeon map is resetting. Each time I teleport to the caravan and go back into the portal the map is not showing what I already cleared and the checkpoint are reset

2. Traitors Passage- I've Killed Balbala (x2) and freed the NPC and it still will not let me advance the quest. Not sure If it has to do with the maps not clearing but that quest line is stuck

I'm having the same issue. On first play through I only ascended once and missed out the second one as there was no way to do it after the story advanced .
On cruelty when I got to the asscension again I can kill the boss multiple times and the traitors passage quest will not advance.

Im going to see what happens today. There should be a way to retrace your steps or something built into the game to make sure you don't miss anything. If you do it prevents you from advancing, Especially stuff that is needed as you transition into end game.

Hopefully a Dev see this and response.

Still having issue with the location maps

Each time I go back to the caravan and back to the location in Act 2 my map does not show what I already cleared and the checkpoint are reset

And Traitors Passage quest will not advance. I hope I do not need that for my ascendancy or my level 59 Ranger is bricked. I really don't want that to happen

Hopefully it is something I am missed but this is my second time though the acts.

Would it have to do with trading? Like warping to someone and back? Could that have screwed up my campaign progression?
