Viper Napuatzi stuck in "Wall", immortal and unable to deal damage

Viper did the "Web of Arakaali" at the edge of the arena. At the end of the attack, the soldiers on the side advanced, trapping viper inside what the game seems to consider a "wall". Viper is undamagable in there, and none of her attacks (even if they AoE connects with my character) deal any damage.

Edit: Relogging puts me in the same bugged instance. Cant reset the fight easily either.
