87 lv char with 30% Speed Boots can't outrun Trail Of Chaos Bird Tornado in 4th asc.

As in the thread, is it intended?
I have 87 lv 4,5k ES 1.5k life, nice res.
I rekt all mobs and boss of the Trials in a moment but there is that BIRD.
It is easy, first tornado is doable but the second one?

It is almost 2x faster than my character with 30% speed boots on, and when it does outrun me, it will deplete my life and es in 1-2 seconds.

Is this how your boss should fight? To do a AoE attack that is the size of 25% of the arena and outrun and kill you in seconds no matter what you do?

Can confirm, I did this one a Ranger with +35% boots and other movement skills up to ~45% speed and still got hit because the tornado took up half the screen and there was no place to go.

(but the tornado ended quickly so I survived using health pots)

The damage is broken. I have 15k energy shield. Maxed res. Chaos inoculation. And the invernal dog takes 20% of my damage. Same as everyone else i die in about 1.5-2 seconds.

Since you need three slabs for the door you need to kill it several times which is the real horror.

I only manage to beat it if I kill it myself within first 3 seconds of battle beginning. But this depends on my crit. If I crit. It dies in 2 hits. If i don't crit, it turns into tornado after 4 hits and I'm dead
