Act 3: Past & Present

Add Act 3 Present to "Level" - the toggle between above and below ground for easier access after cleared into act 1 cruel.

Currently there's no way to go to Act 3 Present after unlock cruel mode except clear Act 3 final boss Jamanra again, join a player that's in Act 3 Present and teleport to that player's location or Act 3 "Present" - limited node and zone to Jungle Ruins (??) then waypoint backwards?

Anyway, either method is cumbersome and it would be QoL to just add this kind of massive act overhaul due to lore-progression to "Level" for players who want to go back to Act 3 Present with ease.

Mind me asking why you want to? I think the Ziggurat Refuge(past) has everything that the Ziggurat Encampment(past) has. Except Ozwald's not there. But if I remember correctly, even if u have relics to sell, there's someone there to exchange for gold.

I don't need it per se but players been asking it and im like what??? why need to go back there after act 3 normal complete?
